On October 15th Flower Hill Institute was proud to be a part of the grand opening celebration for Integrity Prime Meats near Buffalo, MO. Flower Hill Institute has been honored to work with Integrity Prime Meats for over a year during the purchase and upgrades of this existing meat processing facility.
When tragedy struck the previous owners, the communities of Buffalo and Fair Grove, MO were at risk of losing a vital multi-species meat processing facility that had served their communities for many decades. Integrity Prime Meats was ready to increase its production and add another processing location. The owners already had meat processing experience and other locations in central Missouri and were the "Prime" fit for the existing facility near Buffalo, MO.
The Integrity Prime Meats processing facility currently operates under Missouri State inspection but expects to be USDA FSIS inspected soon.
